Shipping/Delivery Times
We ship orders from Monday to Friday and all orders received and paid for before 3:00pm are sent the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are shipped the following business day.

Over de prijzen wordt niet apart BTW berekend. Antiq. Van Starkenburg maakt gebruik van de zogenaamde marge-regeling voor de antiquarische en tweedehands boeken; de nieuwe boeken en uitgeversrestanten zijn inclusief 9 % BTW.
De prijzen zijn binnen Nederland exclusief 3,95 euro verzending.
De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de nota is voldaan. Hierbij wordt een betalingstermijn aangehouden van twee weken. De nota dient voldaan te worden op NL14INGB0005018645 te name van Antiquariaat van Starkenburg te Apeldoorn. De volgende afkortingen worden gehanteerd : lin = linnen band, hlin = halflinnen band, ing = ingenaaid boek (gebrocheerd, paperback), gekart = gekartonnnerd. Indien een stofomslag aanwezig is dan is zulks vermeld. Als een stofomslag te zwaar is beschadigd dan wordt het boek verkocht als zijnde zonder stofomslag. De beschadigde omslag wordt wel bijgeleverd. Overigens moet worden opgemerkt dat boeken niet altijd met stofomslag zijn uitgegeven.
Antiquariaat van Starkenburg accepteert ook betalingen via IDEAL OF PayPal.

All books prices are listed in British Pounds (Pounds Sterling, GBP).

We can accept payment via PayPal.

We can accept payment by cheque, but the cheque must be drawn against a British bank account and must be payable in British Pounds.

Note that where payment by cheque is requested, books will not be dispatched until we have received the cheque and are satisfied that it has cleared.

Where possible, we aim to dispatch books within one working day of receipt of payment, although circumstances may occasionally dictate a slightly slower response.

Our basic postage and packing charges are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3.80 GBP, plus 1.95 GBP for each additional item.
Europe (Airmail): 6.00 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Airmail): 8.20 GPB, plus 3.45 GPB for each additional item.

Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher

Sofern es sich nicht um Waren handelt, die für Sie nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf Ihre Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, haben Sie folgendes Widerrufsrecht:

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Antiquariat Uwe Turszynski, Herzogstr. 66, 80803 München – Tel. 089 / 7552598 – Fax 089 / 7552596 – email: antiquariat@turszynski.de ) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wie Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über den Widerruf dieses Vertrages bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden wir Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnen. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben, Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umfang mit Ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Return Policy:
Customer must notify us and return the book to us within 10 business days to receive a refund, with the item in the same condition as when shipped. Shipping costs will be refunded if item not as described.
